The Quiet Giant aka: QC-4500, is a powerful 4500 CFM, 2 speed whole house fan.  This revolutionary new product is the perfect addition to the current line of QC-1500 whole house fans.

The Quiet Giant can be used to create a powerful, yet amazingly quiet flow of air in your home.  Used alone or in combination with the existing QC-1500 system, these amazing fans will give you unprecedented flexibility in designing the perfect whole house cooling solution to meet your specific needs.  The Quiet Giant is mounted in the attic and connects to an attractive ceiling grill with 2 patented acoustical insulated ducts. This unique design helps to eliminates all vibration, rattle, and noise, common to all other whole house fans.

The Quiet Giant consist of basically two of our QC-1500 units, but with larger, higher speed motors.  The two fans each come with 7 foot ducts that connected to one ceiling box and one ceiling grill for simple installation.  The ceiling box is 14" x 22" which allows it to be installed in attics between any joist.  There is no framing required on the Quiet Giant as with any of the Quiet Cool fans.  Fans sold by other companies normally require custom wood framing to install.

Each motor has insulated, positive closing damper doors that prevent the intrusion of attic air back into the house when they are not in operation.

The Quiet Giant is ideal for customers who want a single fan installed in a central hallway or it can be used in a multi-fan configuration, by installing the Quiet Giant in the central hallway and installing our standard QC-1500 fans in the bedrooms for maximum air flow and flexibility.

*The Quiet Giant ceiling box measures 14-1/4" x 22-1/4" x 16" high. These are the actual dimensions; however, the 16" height (or depth) does not allow for the duct to attach and make a bend, so that the realistic height needs to be at least 17".
