We do our best to insure your orders are handled and processed in a timely manner. Most orders placed leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Ground delivery should be 7-10 days after the units are shipped.  If an item is on backorder we will notify you via email.

We respect the privacy of our customers and will never sell, rent, giveaway, or use any customer information for any purpose other than processing whatever order has been placed at our site.

Return Policy/Guarantee (See Dealer Site For Additional Terms):

Our fans carry a 30 day money back guarantee minus shipping.

Items returned after 30 days will NOT be accepted.

Damaged Items: for time to time, items shipped may arrived damaged, in this case, please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements to resolve the issue at NO COST to you.

Returns will not be accepted unless the buyer has obtained a RMA number from Us By Calling Toll Free 1-877-667-4663.

Again, we would like to reiterate, that ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE CLEARED THROUGH OUR COMPANY! Sending back an item without an RMA # will NOT be issued any credit/refund.

1) Defective products must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials. There will be no charge for fans that are found to be defective from the manufacturer. However, items damaged by the customer, will be repaired and all costs associated with that repair shall be charged to the customer.

2) ALL miscellaneous materials, such as manuals, accessories, cables, must be included. If any of these items are missing, we will bill you accordingly.

3) Returns MUST be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without a RMA number, not approved for returns, or not meeting our criteria will be refused.

4) Once an order has been placed and shipped, and a customer decides to cancel their order - the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges.

Shipping:

Items received with exterior damage SHOULD NOT BE Received! Contact US IMMEDIATELY - SO WE CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR RETURN/REPLACEMENT.

Items opened that ARE FOUND TO BE DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING OR ARE NOT WORKING, will BE REPLACED - PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP - VIA E-MAIL - info@quietcoolfan.com", so that arrangements can be made. Please include your order # in the email and specify the problem.

Most items are shipped VIA UPS Ground (most affordable/reliable method). If for whatever reason, the item ordered is on back order, we will notify you and alert you to that fact.

The current pricing on all items are listed on our website when you view it. Shipping charges will be added to your item at the time of checkout - unless it is listed on OUR SITE that shipping is included.

West Connection Enterprises will not accept returns on any whole house fan - that has been installed.

Items Marked Free Shipping - Are For Items To Be Shipped In The Continental United States Only. Shipping to AK and HI will be extra. Returns on all items marked "Free Shipping" will be charged the actual shipping expenses.

Products shipped to Alaska & Hawaii, will require a special handling charge. If you place an order from on of these areas, we will contact you to confirm the method of shipping and cost, prior to fulfilling the order.
